Action tools require userConfirmed: false (preview) then userConfirmed: true after user approval. See MCP intro and resources manglai://api/mutations/buildings and manglai://api/mutations/vehicles.

Usage Examples

"List my buildings"
→ list_buildings()

"What vehicles are in the fleet?"
→ list_vehicles()

"Create a facility named Warehouse North"
→ upsert_building({ name: "Warehouse North", address: "...", country: "ES", userConfirmed: false })
→ upsert_building({ ..., userConfirmed: true }) after approval

Resolve ids with list_buildings / list_vehicles before update or delete. Deletes fail if the entity still has consumptions.
