Categories follow the GHG Protocol (Scope 1, 2, 3) to classify consumptions and emissions.

Usage

When creating consumptions, you must send the categoryId (UUID) obtained from GET /api/v1/categories?level=subcategory. For vehicles, typical categories include:
  • LAND_TRANSPORTATION, AIR_TRANSPORTATION
  • MARITIME_TRANSPORTATION, RAIL_TRANSPORTATION
  • FORESTRY_MACHINERY, FARM_MACHINERY, INDUSTRIAL_MACHINERY
